What is Anger??
In this essay i will explain anger and how to deal with it. Anger is hatred that is built towards something or more than one thing. One answer to this is anger managment. Anger managment is how to cope with this hatred and prevent the anger from causing you to do something.
Techniques for anger
Some techniques that I use to prevent anger will be stated in this paragraph. 1 technique that i use to prevent my anger is to listen to music because music always makes me feel better. Another technique that i use is to not acnowlage the the thing is making me angry. I also look at the bright side of things more so i don't get angry often. Another technique that is good for anger is to do a hobby, something you have passion about, mine is basketball and it helps me take my mind off things.
Anger counsuling
When a person cannot cope with thier anger they go to anger managment or counsuling. This may help them or may not. It is a good option if you have anger issues and need somewhere to vent where people understand your anger. They show you techniques to control your anger. Some techniques i do is do something i like where i can just put aside my troubles and just relax and be happy. Another technique i use is to not acnowlage anything that fuels my anger. In conclusion, these are some techniques and programs for anger.
